Editorial & Review Policy
Product data
Every price, list price, discount, rating, review count, shipping cost, delivery estimate, availability state and specification is attributed to a data source and carries the time it was last updated. We never invent a value. If a figure cannot be verified we show "Information unavailable" or point you to the retailer.
Product matching
Offers are matched using UPC, GTIN, SKU and manufacturer model number together with size, quantity and package configuration. An offer is labelled Exact Match only when those line up; anything else is labelled Similar Product with the reason shown. Uncertain matches are queued for a person to review rather than published as identical.
Member reviews and recommendations
Every submission is moderated before publication: Submitted, then Under Review, then Approved, Rejected or More Information Requested. No submission is ever published automatically, whatever the member's Activity Score. We reject content that is not based on genuine use, that makes unverifiable claims (including price claims), or that is promotional.
Corrections
If something is wrong, tell us and we will check the source and correct or remove it.
