Privacy Policy
What we collect
Browsing SmartBuyCompare does not require an account. We record aggregate usage such as searches performed, products viewed, comparisons made, category views and clicks through to a retailer, so we can see what shoppers find useful. We do not collect personal information we do not need.
Member accounts
If you create a free account we store your email address, display name, your ratings, reviews, recommendations, favourites and your Member Activity Score history. You can ask us to delete your account and its contributions.
Retailer links
When you click through to Amazon, Walmart or Target, that retailer's own privacy policy applies to what happens next. We never see your payment details — all purchasing happens on the retailer's site.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Affiliate networks receive only the tracking identifier attached to an outbound link, not your personal details.
